President Obama comments on D.C. schools closing due to weather

I guess Memphis isn't the only place where school officials are subject to criticism for decisions about closing schools. See the Chicago Tribune article below in which President Barack Obama tells reporters, regarding the weather, "We're going to have to try to apply some flinty Chicago toughness to this town." The article goes on to say that Chicago has not closed their schools since January 1999 due to winter weather. Obama also comments, "...my 7-year-old [Sasha] pointed out that [in Chicago] you'd go outside for recess in weather like this. ... You wouldn't even stay indoors."
