OK, so this has nothing to do with weather, but I love Trans-Siberian Orchestra and the Christmas lights synchronizations to music are pretty awesome. This one is particularly good, set to "Christmas in Sarajevo," and it's from 2007 so it's not recycled a ba-zillion times like a bunch of these videos are.
